Sinny is a polyglot, educator, poet and fiction writer from Santo Domingo. Born in 1990. She is mostly inspired by her surroundings, the beach and her own experiences as a black woman on a third world island. Sinny has been writing poetry since she was only 14 years old. Currently studying at the creative writing program at the Wesleyan University. Her work has been published in Moñohecho, Frasco de Paisaje, Dominican Writers Association and poetic anthologies like "Liberoamericanas" by the Spanish editorial Liberoamerica and "Los pactos secretos" by Literary Club Mariano Lebrón Saviñón at APEC University.
