I'm an animal, exercise and tea enthusiast—I drink tea like a Gilmore Girl drinks coffee! I graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience, was an elite swimmer during high school, and love nothing more than curling up with a good book, a cup of tea, and my cat, Batman. I'm currently working on Starlit, book two in the Reigntime Series, which will be out early 2018, as well as the third book in the Reigntime Series, and another series all together! Oh, and I'm studying my Masters of Information Studies too, which is fun, but being back at uni is a slow and seemingly endless torture... But enough of that! I live for fantasy in all forms, and also adore scifi, paranormal and historical, preferably YA and NA, but I do love a ton of adult books as well =] My rating system: (Note: If I rate a book 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 or 4.5, then I'll always round up). 1 star: It was either a DNF, I really didn't enjoy the story, or found the book to be offensive in some way (though not a whole lot offends me haha). 2 stars: I didn't enjoy the book, but it had some redeeming qualities. 3 stars: I liked it, but didn't love it. 4 stars: I reeaally liked it, but it won't consume my life like HP, Outlander, GoT, ACOMAF, The Raven Cycle, and Red Rising... 5 stars: This book is everything!!! Usually 5 stars are reserved for books that make me feel every emotion, with wonderful writing, and are both character and plot driven. If you admire J.K. Rowling, George R.R. Martin, J.R.R. Tolkien, Diana Gabaldon, Sarah J. Maas, Pierce Brown, Maggie Stiefvater, Leigh Bardugo, Mackenzi Lee, Brandon Sanderson, Jay Kristoff, and Jim Butcher, then we'll get on like a house on fire.
