While in Chicago with her mother's band, fourteen-year-old Fi Phillips sees the ghost of a young boy who was a victim of a boating disaster in 1915

Fi is a computer whiz with an obsession for all things weird. Together with her brother, Jack, and their rock star mom, Molly, they crisscross the United States while mom jams with her band. Along the way Fi tries to solve all kinds of supernatural mysteries—everything from ghosts to UFOs—even the legend of Bigfoot.So Weird is Disney Channel's new #1 series airing weekly on Friday through Sunday nights starring Mackenzie Phillips from TV's One Day at a Time. Everyone knows the legend of Bigfoot, but they don't really believe in a huge, hairy monster wandering around a forest. But when Fi gets lost in the woods and is rescued by a mysterious creature, she relies on her motto that nothing is too weird to be true.

When Fi goes backstage at a rehearsal of "Macbeth," in which her Aunt Melissa plays a witch, she reads a spell from a magic book her aunt uses as a prop, and a monstrous creature that only she and her cousins can see emerges.

Can a computer predict the future? Mystery e-mail with a message? Fi is a Web whiz, but when she starts getting weird e-mails from an unknown person, even she can't figure out what's going on. Even worse, the phantom messages take her to a Web site that can foresee the future#151;and the future doesn't look good for Fi and her family.
