Hi, beautiful people of this world! I hope as you read this book about my life, the continuous healing of my trauma, and ways I’ve learned to have body and mind connection, you will be able to overcome your trauma and have healing. I’ve come to understand and learn a lot through this journey, and I know I definitely don’t have it perfectly down, but I will always continue on this path of growth for myself and my family. Life is a learning process, and as long as we are willing to continue learning and growing, we will have success in our relationships. More importantly, you will learn to have a successful, loving relationship with yourself. I want to give all of you reading this book a hug. Wrap your arms around yourself and squeeze. That’s from me. We all have trauma somewhere in our story; it doesn’t matter the severity, trauma is trauma, and I support you in your journey of working through it. So hug, hug, hug! I’ve got your back. But, our biggest supporter in this recovery journey is your higher power and your higher self. Be open for guidance because I promise you it is there. Be kind to yourself in your journey of discovery. I don’t suppose myself to be a therapist, but I do have a lot of experience under my belt as a survivor of trauma. I understand what you are going through, but best of all, you’ve got your own back. You, as an intelligent human being, with an intelligent soul, are here to have the human experience. You have the strength, and you have a purpose, and as you heal from trauma, you’ll become stronger than ever. I invite all who read this to share this message with all you come in contact with. I believe the act of focusing on trauma recovery, connecting to our minds, and believing there is hope for change within ourselves; we will be better able to help those around us, whether it be our children, our spouses, our friends, and now me, as I write this book, to help all you beautiful people out there searching for a better way. Here is my story, with no anonymity. I’m laying myself bare, and you can accept or reject it; that is your right. And I give you the freedom to share my story and insights. How can we learn and grow if all we do is hide? It’s important to remember the choices you make not only help you but will send ripples of awareness to future generations. I applaud you!
