David L. Casterline is the author of the novel And the Hills Replied under the pseudonym, Sparhawk Hutchins. A native of Indiana, Casterline has been a practicing attorney in Los Angeles, California since 1979. He resides in Habor City, California, with his wife of 38 years, Madalene, and he has two sons and two grandchildren.
