STEVEN A. CARR is President of Carr & Associates, a private investment firm. Before forming Carr & Associates, he held several executive positions, and participated in the ownership and management of a number of broadcasting, telecommunications, and utility ventures throughout North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. In addition to his business interests, Steve Carr is a retired member of the faculty of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he taught strategic management for over 15 years. He has served on many corporate boards, councils, and commissions. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Facilitator with the Bridges to Life Restorative Justice Program. Steve Carr has a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and a master’s from the University of Texas. He lives in Texas in winter and Minnesota in the summer.
