Satyajit Ray was not only a great Bengali film director but also a prominent writer. His great contribution to Bengali literature, he created two famous fiction characters, one is a detective Feluda and another is scientist Professor Shanku. In addition to these two characters he wrote many novels and short stories. Specially he wrote a lot of detective and mysterious stories. Many of his stories have been published and translated into English. With the exception of Feluda and Shanku stories, his written all stories, two novels and a dramatic Story are together in this book.
