I was born and raised in Crossville Tennessee. When I graduated high school I couldn't wait to see the rest of the world! I lived in Texas, New Mexico, South Carolina and visited many, many other wonderful places inside and outside the USA. The one thing I learned is there really is no place like home! I loved so many places I have visited but I never want to live anywhere else. I am a mother to 4 wonderful children and grandmother to 6. I dreamed of writing this book for so long and cannot believe it is actually finished. Someone asked if I was going to write another one and my first reaction was 'hell no!' It was definitely harder than I thought it would be. However, I have come to realize writing a book is much like having a baby. I think my reaction after my first child was much the same.Then, after a while the difficult parts fade from memory and you are left with the sweet cuddly wonderful after effects. So, who knows? Only time will tell.
