I am the erotic romance writer known as Sydney Blake, and when in mortal form, I work in petrochemicals during the day, and I'm a wife and mother of three. Born and raised in a small Texas town, I now live in the Houston area. I've enjoyed writing since I was a child, but did not decide to pursue it seriously and professionally until 2011. How to Save a Life is my first finished novel, a story that was borne from another story, all in good pantsing style (not that there's anything wrong with that). Though never published before, I've written in other genres, including historical fiction and thrillers. Erotic romance is my most recent calling, and I think it may be the most fun to write.
