Tara Blaine is the editor in chief of Deciduous Tales and the owner of Black Thunder Press. Deciduous Tales is a literary-horror journal featuring an eclectic mix of new and classic dark fiction from a range of different authors. Black Thunder Press is a fledgling publisher currently working on a number of projects.
