Fleeing the destruction of his home, Thomas finds himself alone in a world at war. Haunted by the difficult memories of his childhood and hunted by the remorseless mechanized armies of an evil power called Brazenhead, Thomas finds a path to his own salvation in the unlikeliest of music. Buoyed by unexpected friendship and a magical guitar, he struggles to survive an increasingly dangerous world. Ultimately, Thomas must confront the greatest enemy of the dispiriting pain in his own heart that he comes to know as the Blues.
