Eleanor Hinchcomb is out on a walk while on holiday in Scotland. She trips - over what, she isn't sure - and when she gets up, the view is most definitely something different. She isn't sure she'll ever be able to look that guy in the face again after what she's seen. Once she realizes what's happened, she has to figure out how she got here in the first place, so that she can discover the way home. Back her to life, her love, and her family. And that's all while trying to avoid being burned at the stake. Eleanor learns quickly that when you leave home, it's not the same when you come back.
