Twenty-five-year-old, Eia Bellic, is the head of the West Coast side of the Bellic Mafia. When it comes to business deals, they all go through her along with her right-hand, Alonzo. Eia has been dealing with many attempts on her life, mostly coming from the people who are supposed to protect her. Alonzo reaches out to hitman, Travis “TJ” Johnson, and he and his crew take over security for Eia. Travis develops feelings for Eia and wants to be the man in her life, but Eia’s father, Raymond, has made a deal with Akoni, who is head of the Jamaican cartel. Raymond has promised Akoni’s son, Kingston, Eia’s hand in marriage in exchange for coming in on his diamond connect. Only, Kingston has been in love Eia for years and is stepping up in a major way. Travis isn’t really feeling Kingston's presence, and before long, Travis' true motives are revealed.
