Paul Driscoll is a writer and editor based in Greater Manchester. He is the co-author of the Doctor Who charity novel, Gallifrey (with Kara Dennison), and has contributed to various anthologies, including Master Pieces (Altrix Books), A Pile of Good Things (Rathzem), A Clockwork Iris (Obverse Books), and Tis Magic (Hidden Tiger).
