A heartwarming medical romance by best-selling author Gill Sanderson. Dr Kelly Blackman had come to Brittany to act as a locum doctor for three months. After the trauma she had suffered she needed time and peace to ensure that both body and mind were as good as they had been. She enjoyed working with Dr Luc Laforge and tried to ignore the occasional realisation that he was a very attractive man. Was he interested in her? It was hard to tell. And she did not want another catastrophic love affair. Perhaps though, there was an odd bond between them. Luc had suffered from an unsuccessful marriage. Now they both were cautious. Of all things it was Luc's daughter Jenny that brought them together, made them see that they were made for each other.

Gill Sanderson is really Roger Sanderson, an ex-college lecturer who used to teach English Literature on weekdays and mountaineering at weekends. He was a Committee member of the RNA for many years and still helps with the organisation of the annual Conference. He wrote the scripts for over eighty Commando Comics before starting to write Medical Romance for Harlequin Mills & Boon. Background material comes from three of his children; Mark is a Consultant Oncologist, Helen a Midwife, Adam a Prescribing Nurse. He has just finished his latest Romance – Christmas at Rivercut Valley - and has written over 40 other books for them. On occasion he still teaches the odd seminar on how to write Romantic fiction.
