Freedom is in sight! Roland Deschain has made what he believes is his escape from the “healing” pavilion of the Little Sisters. Though he gains ground, the Gunslinger learns to his horror that the hideous nuns have no intention of letting such a juicy morsel escape their clutches. And against such bearers of the Dark Bells, even his fabled six shooters are useless.
