New York, 1977 Groovy Deadpool is reading a newspaper, and sees "Heroes for Hire!" He shows up to a business owned by Power Man and Iron Fist, mistaking the add he tells them he's a hero that would like to be hired. Then ensues a series of events including The White Man and Deadpimp. The last frame is Luke Cage sleeping in present time, dreaming about the story line.
