Traitor

2025

Traitor is a novelette that takes places 20 years before the main plot of The Ixan Prophecies trilogy. This novelette covers events during a major conflict that later becomes known as the First Galactic War. While it isn’t necessary, it is recommended that you read Supercarrier first. By doing so, the characters and events in Traitor will be made more meaningful. Humanity’s survival depends on a barely functional warship Captain Warren Husher may make decisions Command doesn't like, but they can't deny he's the best. That's why, even when his carrier is nearly destroyed by the Ixa, they order him to take it on what is probably the most important mission of the war. Command has decided that humanity will surrender to the Ixa, throwing itself on their mercy. Captain Husher is sent to negotiate that surrender. But Husher has no intention of yielding. Instead, he will take his battered warship into battle against the greatest enemy humanity has ever known, and he will make them pay.

Supercarrier

2016

Captain Keyes is loved by the public but hated by Command. He captains the UHS Providence, an aging supercarrier and the last human ship not dependent on dark tech - technology humanity has used to rule over the galaxy since barely defeating the Ixa in the First Galactic War. Dominance has come at a cost. Over the decades, old allies have grown resentful, and when dark tech itself fails, Captain Keyes’s predictions start coming true: those old allies are now enemies. But Keyes is not the only one proven right. As the galaxy plunges into war, the Ixan Prophecies are being fulfilled, one by one. Humanity’s oldest enemy is on the rise, with weaponry never seen before. The fate of the galaxy now depends on Captain Keyes, his tired ship, and his oddball crew. It doesn’t pay to be right.

Captain Keyes has succeeded in forging an uneasy alliance - at the cost of making some powerful enemies. Now, he’s wanted throughout the galaxy. Even worse: they’re after his ship. His enemies inside the UHF have realized that only the Providence stands even a slight chance of stopping them. The Ixan Prophecies continue to come true, and humanity’s doom is taking shape. The UHF ignores the mounting public panic, obsessed instead with waging prolonged war against a species that was recently an ally. While the UHF attacks its allies, the real enemy is approaching. For Captain Keyes, there remains only one way to make sure there’s something left of humanity to fight the coming Ixan onslaught: he must take down the UHF. The juggernaut is coming.

Humanity’s newest enemy will butcher even a highly trained soldier. But a highly trained soldier piloting a mech? Now we’re getting somewhere... Stranded in a hostile galaxy. Exiled from humanity. Of course we had to carve out a foothold on Eresos. We had no idea someone was already living here… A single Quatro can take down an entire squad. Bigger than a stallion, more muscular than a grizzly, with jaws that splinter bone. And zero fear. But Darkstream Security only ever hired the most elite troops, and we managed to drive the Quatro into the holes they attacked us from. We were better trained, better equipped, and more intelligent. At least, we thought we were. After years of peace, the Quatro are back, in numbers we didn’t know they had, with artillery we didn’t think they could use. Suddenly, if we want to win this thing, we’re going to need a brand new weapon. We’re going to need mechs. Thank God R&D just finished a working prototype. Mech Wars takes place in the same universe as The Ixan Prophecies Trilogy, and it answers the question: what happened when Darkstream escaped the Milky Way for another galaxy?

The human body is no longer enough. The wars of the future will be fought with mechs. Chief Roach's victory over the ferocious Quatro won't last long. Strange meteorites have fallen to the surface of Eresos, containing mechs - quadruped mechs, clearly designed for the enemy. Now, Roach and the surviving members of Oneiri Team must escort these fearsome new weapons through a harsh alien wilderness, while defending against constant attack. If the quad mechs fall into the enemy's possession before Roach can get them to the space elevator, humanity will lose the advantage granted by their own MIMAS mechs, and they’ll be right back to where they were: outmatched and overpowered by the murderous alien beasts.

Chief Roach has merged with an alien mech – but can he control its power? Harnessing alien tech was the only way to counter the power of the quadruped mechs piloted by the Quatro. Except, Roach’s awesome new weapon is like a sword with no hilt, and it seems to be doing everything it can to fragment his psyche. Roach must lead Oneiri Team across an Eresos engulfed by the fires of war. Their mission is to stop the legions of Quatro from laying waste to what remains of humanity’s colonies. If Roach can’t resist the alien mech’s promises of glory and chaos, there will be a meltdown – not just for Oneiri Team, but for everyone on the planet.
