Since the COVID pandemic started in 2020, the labor market in many countries has experienced two movements: the Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting. We stopped and wanted to know the meaning of going to work, especially going to work where we did not find any meaning. This is an allegory that was inspired by true events, real-life characters, and actual conversations. My story will give you a glimpse of one great resignation through the eyes of a tiger. I wrote the story with no intention of advising you on how to discover your calling, recreate yourself, or manage your employees, but with the intention to share the meaning of a famous quote from Albert Einstein: Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid. There are many seasons in life, and you have different stories. I hope my story resonates with your heart and pray that you find your roar soon.
