A former Israeli spy wakes to find himself walking alone beneath the Temple Mount in Jerusalem—although the last thing he knew he was asleep in his tent in the Jordanian wilderness. And while this is not the first such supernatural journey he’s made, he soon discovers this one may be different. It may not further his lifelong ambition to do great exploits for Israel. This one may end his life altogether. At the same time, half a world away, Jewish American investor Daniel Goldman is having his own problems. It’s been six months since he’s heard the inner guiding voice of God, and his latest divine assignment, film production and distribution, is about to succumb to censorship from the budding world leader, the Antichrist Vicente Romani. And even worse, as the “time of Jacob’s trouble” rapidly approaches, Daniel has begun suffering unexplained anxiety about the personal safety of the two most important women in his life, his fiancée Rebecca Shaul, and his “adopted” little sister, Catherine Meyers. Against a backdrop of rapidly unfolding Biblical prophecy Daniel learns that his inability to figure everything out in advance is not a personal weakness to be overcome. Instead, his ability to trust God in spite of such ignorance is his particular blessing. And it is that particular blessing which makes Daniel the only one who can finally persuade a reluctant Last Prophet to accept his calling from God.
