
The Newborn Vampire is a vampire romance novel revolving around the central character Catherine, a typical every day teenage girl who has been raised in a small remote valley by her dedicated grandmother, Mary. One day a circus arrives at this sleepy valley, much to the excitement of Catherine. Having lived a lonely and quiet existence this circus offers her a break from the norm, a change and something new. However, Catherine does not contemplate for one second how drastically this circus will actually change her life and future events. On the opening night Catherine is one of the first in the line to see the circus show and is accompanied by her grandmother and is ready for an evening full of entertainment, shock and surprises. However, after the show, Catherine is taken by her grandmother to meet someone of great importance. What unravels then is a family history full of secrets and surprises that Catherine could never have possibly imagined in her wildest dreams. Struggling to take in all the information, Catherine runs off, only to bump into the love of her life. What happens from this moment on is a story of passion, love, fights, danger, death and much more. Catherine is taken into a world of the unknown, which she promptly has to deal with and adapt to in order to survive. Family members she never knew she had creep out of the woodwork, threatening her newfound existence. In addition to discovering who and what she is and finding love, Catherine is also faced with the biggest challenge of her life so far—becoming a mother. The story is full of action, as well as love and passion, but with so much going on and so much happening against her, will Catherine manage to beat the odds that are against her in order to survive and live a life full of happiness?
