A mysterious virus has annihilated two towns, fueling dread that these were test sites for the most insidious form of terrorism. The killer virus, dubbed White Death, is genetically engineered and racially selective. The Stony Man commandos must halt the biochemical warfare in a double jeopardy mission - death at the hands of terrorists, or a lethal contamination.
