The prison of the future has no warden, no guards, no rules, and no escape. It's a dome comprised of nothing more than air, but air that has been molecularly altered to be impenetrable. This is the world Chuck Berger finds himself thrust into after he murders his wife and her lover in a fit of PTSD-induced rage. He's seen many movies, heard many rumors, and even played video games that conjecture what life in the domes must be like, and to be honest, he's more than a little scared. For even though his sentence seems light, given his crime, he knows that in their twenty-eight years of existence no one has ever exited a dome. Chuck has every intention of making it through to the end of his sentence, but will he? He'll face many challenges from other inmates, nature, and even himself, so odds are he won't.
