Where Fairy Tales Become Nightmares Amaya, a human blood donor and mundane human from Distant Edge, California, has found a wealthy vampire suitor willing to protect her from her despicable landlord. When Vasily offers her a job, he introduces her to two of his "roommates," the warlock brothers Bodhi and Arch. But behind the warlocks' lovely facades, the brothers are obviously hiding something dark and ancient, something they swear only Amaya can help them uncover. The only unusual thing about Amaya is her vivid dreams though, in which she travels to a whimsical land filled with magical creatures. But who could possibly care where her sleeping mind wanders?
