Please see: Scott Davis Scott Davis lost his battle with brain cancer on February 10, 2024, in Hillsboro, Oregon, at the age of 59. He is survived by his wife, Martha, his two children, Emma and Brett, his father Sheldon, and his brother Darren. Born in East Meadow, New York, on June 30, 1964, he moved to California as a teenager, where he met his lifelong friend, Steve Green, and bonded over their shared love of music. He attended California State University, Northridge, where he nourished a love for writing that would continue throughout his life. After college, he met his wife at a bus stop in the pouring rain, when Martha offered to share her umbrella with him and wrote her number in his copy of a Stephen King novel. Martha and Scott spent over 20 years in the town of Poway, California, where Scott worked in the marketing field in companies throughout San Diego County.
