The Terror Someone is detonating bombs in the city of Kelowna. There appears to be no MO, which has baffled investigators. Not knowing where the next explosive will be planted and how many more will people will die, the authorities turn to Sarah Roberts. On Sarah’s last trip to Kelowna, she antagonized a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who was later murdered. There’s a certain element on the force that doesn’t want any help from Sarah.
