Nature. Magic. Sorrow. Cursed princesses living in nightmares, bitter envy festering within, mysterious dragons thought to be extinct, and so much more lies within the short stories and poems of The Willow Tree Swing—a kaleidoscope of emotions, imagery, and meaning evoked by the color green.
Authors

Anne J. Hill is an author who enjoys writing fantasy for all ages. Her love of words has also led to her career as a freelance writer and editor. She spends her days dreaming up fantastical realms, talking out loud to the characters in her head, and rearranging her personal library, which has been affectionately dubbed the “Book Dungeon.” Where to find Anne: www.annejhill.com @anne.j.hill.editing

Xanna Renae loves daydreaming about how to save her characters from the messes she puts them in. Currently she is giving life to the ideas inside her head from rural Missouri where she lives with her husband, Noah, and two cats, Calcifer and Zelda. She has a bachelor of arts in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated with honors. When she isn’t writing you can find her tucked away in her little bungalow reading, snuggling with her cat, or playing video games with her husband.

Kristen Bazen writes speculative fiction inspired by the Middle East and laced with strong Christian themes. She also enjoys writing poetry both to process life’s difficult seasons and to capture the wonder of life. Her poetry is featured in the anthologies The Heights We’ll Fly To and Masquerade, and she has short stories published in The Willow Tree Swing and Wither & Bloom. When she’s not working or writing, Kristen dabbles in languages, trains in martial arts, and raises awareness on how ordinary people can fight human trafficking.
