Part of Series

Zoe knows the edge of town is full of all sorts of creatures, but when her bestie, Ella, snags her a coveted spot on the janitorial staff of a mining company outside the city limits, she's surprised to find herself employed by a race of people she never knew existed—muscular, gray dwarves. But as Zoe finds herself quickly falling for one of her new coworkers, Ella's life takes a turn. Will their friendship be able to weather the storm? The Yule Goats and the Cabinet Maker is the story of one of the original awkward dwarves from Honey White and the Sixty-Nine Dwarves, Alvis, and a new member of the staff, Zoe. It is a stand-alone, so even if you've forgotten what happened in books 1-4, haven't gotten to all of them, or never read a book in the Dvergar Gold Mine series (how did that happen?), you should be able to follow along without any problems.
