Despite both United States Federal Agents and US Intelligence Officers best efforts, the deadly threat from abroad has landed on United States soil. Agents, Officers, and Transnational organized crime adversaries race to locate the whereabouts of the treacherous group. As the Agents and Officers close on the newly arrived terrorists, they learn that foreign disabling operations orchestrated by the US based terrorists will coincide with their domestic aims. Retaliatory strikes by the terrorists increase as the Agents and Officers expose the tactical and strategic plans of the extremists. The goal of the terrorists is to instigate divisions between world powers. As the investigations continue, the situations worsen, and mysterious elements attempt to intervene in halting the elusive Black Cat. About the author, after six years as a Houston Police Officer and twenty-six years as a DEA Agent, Shayne Kelly retired. Shayne Kelly travelled across the globe while conducting multiple investigations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Management.
