A native of Maryland, Timothy or Tim as he is known to friends, grew up in northeastern Maryland. In his teens he was taught how to milk a cow by his grandfather, worked on his uncle's dairy farms, loaded trucks at a local newspaper and worked at one of those fast-food hamburger joints. He entered the Army after high school and never looked back. He went on to finish degrees in psychology and computer science and never worked in either field. He did work for NSA for eight years after four years in the United States Army. His first marriage failed, the second was very successful till he was left a widower. His third marriage to an incredible husband, he plans to last for the rest of his life. His career changes have ranged from soldier, intelligence officer, retail, graphic design, property management, real estate, and photographer. Throw in there a lifetime of creative output beginning with drawing, graduating to oil, switching to acrylic, then digital and back to acrylic. As a photographer he considers himself primarily a landscape photographer with interests in portrait and dudoir photography. While in the military he served in Japan, and while with "No Such Agency" he did a three-year tour in Harrogate, United Kingdom. Since then, he has lived in Indiana, Ohio, South Carolina, Delaware, New Jersey and currently makes his home in Pennsylvania. He and his husband have wisely agreed they are too old to have children. They currently share an abode with a Jack Russell Terrier, named Pepper who rules the house. When not writing or taking photographs, he and his husband love to travel. They have family living in Ukraine, Germany and the United States. Both of them can order beer in multiple languages. Tim would rather have whiskey, single malt on the rocks thank you very much.
