(So many). Unfortunately a couple of small problems called the dentist and my big weirdo sister, Delia, seem to be getting in the way of my plans...'.

Everything's Amazing (Sort of)

Back to school, but it's not all bad. We're entering Rooster in a dog show, the School Disco and my birthday are coming up so this term's going to be amazing! Mostly because Delia's not invited to any of these. There's only one small problem with my birthday, Granny Mavis says she's going to cook ...uh oh!

Best Book Day Ever! (so far)

It’s BOOK WEEK in Oakfield school and EVERYONE is very excited. Including all the teachers, who are making costumes of their own. Mr Keen says there’s an EXCELLENT prize on offer for BEST costumes worn on BOOK DAY. So suddenly making a good costume is VITALLY important – but tricky. Delia’s not much help (as usual) and the Fossils get carried away with the dressing up box. Marcus decides that HE is a super hero and can’t understand why ‘Super Marcus’ isn’t the best name.

Tom Gates is Absolutely Fantastic [at Some Things]

This takes the form of Tom's battered homework diary - crammed with his doodles and stories. Exciting News! Mr Fullerman announces that class 5F are going on an 'Activity Break'! Which should be fun. As long as I don't ge stuck in a group with anyone who snores or worse still with ...Marcus Meldrew. Delia is already threatening to paint my room funny colours while I'm away. Which is annoying. I just hope the only surprise I hae when I get home is the new pet that I hear Mum and Dad talking about. Because I've always wanted a pet!

It's really cold outside and we're all hoping it's going to snow. Yeah! Derek and I could make a snow Rooster and have a snowball fight (look out, Delia!). Granny Mavis has started to knit me a new winter jumper, but by the looks of things I'm not sure it's going to fit. . .

Papa wil een vlieger maken, zodat hij vaker met mij de 'gezonde buitenlucht' kan opsnuiven. Als we een hond hadden, zou ik best een frisse neus willen halen. Maar die komt er niet, omdat Delia 'allergisch' is voor honden. (IK ben denk ik allergisch voor Delia.) Dirk, Nico en ik zijn FLINK aan het oefenen voor de ROCK WEEKLY BAND BATTLE. We hebben SUPER veel tijd, dus geen PANIEK. (Nou ja, NOG niet!)
