The Vancouver Vortex is going to win the cup. At least, that’s what Brynn is setting out to do. First, she has to get through an international break, where her routine is being shaken up, and she’s being placed on a line with her younger counterpart, Selene Park, Captain of the Seattle Cyclones. Selene is a little underwater with her recent promotion to captaincy, losing all of the team’s former leadership group after last season. Working with Brynn is a dream come true and when she discovers that they’re on the same line, she puts a plan in motion, to ask Brynn to be her Captain Guide. Brynn is hesitant to say the least. but after working out the kinks the two settle into a situationship where everyone gets what they need, and no feelings are attached. The question is what are they to do as they find themselves getting closer to each other and their goals?
