En plein coeur de la Toscane, la ville imaginaire de Castelguelfo et son château sont le terrain de jeu de Rinaldo et sa petite soeur Tosca, 12 ans, véritable garçon manqué, rebelle, casse-cou, agile et débrouillarde. Depuis la mort de leurs parents, ils subsistent grâce à des larcins perpétrés par Tosca, au grand dam de son frère qui espère vivre de sa poésie et de sa musique. Contre toute attente Tosca et Rinaldo se lient d'amitié avec Lucilla, la fille du Duc de Castelguelfo. Quand cette dernière est enlevée, ils vont tout mettre en oeuvre pour aider son père à la libérer des griffes du terrible Gauthier de Brienne, seigneur de Florence....

Teresa Radice is an Italian comics writer, born in Milan in 1975. In 2002 Radice started working for the Italian Disney magazine Topolino. For almost twenty years she scripted comics featuring such characters as Mickey, Donald, Scrooge, Goofy. Since 2004 Radice has been involved in an artistic partnership with her husband, illustrator Stefano Turconi, also a prolific Italian Disney cartoonist. Since 2013 Radice and Turconi have published a number of graphic novels, which have received praises in Italy and France. Among their works available in English there are Violette Around the World (Viola Giramondo, Tunué 2013), the Forbidden Harbour (il Porto Proibito, BAO Publishing 2015), Tosca (Dargaud 2017).
