Working for the U.S. Army's CID, Track in on the trail of an arms smuggler who has been raiding military depots across Europe. Soon, however, he discovers an even larger menace in the form of Johannes Krieger who has somehow managed to steal one hundred nuclear warheads, all to use to bring the return of the Third Reich.

His struggle against Krieger takes Track, along with a beautiful arms smuggler named Desiree, to a Soviet research facility deep in eastern Siberia which is set for destruction unless Track can defuse a bomb that cannot be stopped.

Dan Track must stop Johannes Krieger from using the nuclear warheads he has implanted beneath the major capital cities of the world

The journey to rescue his sister, started in the previous mission, continues as Track learns that she likely has been brainwashed and blames him for deaths he was not involved in. Nevertheless, he continues to track her, taking him into Afghanistan.

The Master of D.E.A.T.H. returns with another scheme for breaking down the governments who opposed him, this time planning to use an upcoming space shuttle launch as a way to destroy the U.S. space program and set the seeds for his further plans.
