Tracy Gardner is the Mary Higgins Clark Edgar Award nominated author of Ruby Red Herring and upcoming Peril at Pennington Manor from Crooked Lane Books, an imprint of Penguin Random House. She also penned Hallmark Publishing's first cozy mystery book series, The Shepherd Sisters Mysteries. A Detroit native and mother of three, Tracy is the daughter of two teachers. She lives with her husband and best friend of thirty years and a menagerie of spoiled rescue dogs and cats, and is a strong believer in the power of baked goods, live music, and girlfriend therapy as staples to a happy life.
