Pat Stevens, a tough and fearless cattleman, sells a herd of stock to a neighboring rancher. Two months later the buyer wants his money back-or else. That's when Stevens learns the cattle are infected with a suspicious and deadly fever. But, as Stevens discovers, when he meets the greedy owner, there is more than one fatal disease that plagues the buyer's ranch.
