Tully grew up a mariner's daughter along the Atlantic Seaboard but has spent most of her adult life near the Pacific—first in Hawaii and more recently in California. She's a huge sucker for dogs, and in addition to her own pack, she's constantly dog sitting for friends and neighbors.
