Part of Series

Twisted is staring forty in the face, and he doesn’t see a woman or family in sight. He’s been secretly wishing for one but not hopeful of his chances, so he decides to leave it to the rest of his club to settle down. One day, A chance ride ends up with him seeing something that disturbs him. He intervenes. The victims scurry off, and he can’t forget. It preys on him so much that he keeps revisiting the scene. Not long afterward, he sees it again, but only this time, it’s worse. He intervenes again, and when he ends up at a house to talk to the children’s parents, he gets the shock of his life. Zahirah is just trying to raise her niece and nephew and give them a decent life. But there are always people who make it an ordeal. They’ve suffered enough loss; they don’t need harassment. When a scary biker comes to the door, and the kids show fear, she attacks as soon as she opens the door, only to find he’s not the bad guy—he’s a good guy. A chance encounter, bullies, people who’re prejudiced, and people trying to rule lives are just some things Twisted and Zahirah, along with Aliya and Arif, have to face. Twisted is determined not only to solve their problems but to win the beautiful Zahirah for himself. He knows he’s met his old lady. Now, all he has to do is convince her while keeping them safe—just another day in the life of a Pagan Soul.

An avid reader with a passion for romances that finally got the chance to write one of her own. The rest is history. Not what anyone thought for someone who has been a nurse and in healthcare management for years. I sit writing as my two fur babies, my pugs Kujo and Khaos, impatiently wait for me to get done so they can lay on me as their human sofa! My children are finally considered to be adults, so it's me, the hubby and the dogs. I'm a iced tea drinking fiend who has insomnia, more ideas than I know what to do with, and a need to write them down. Not too bad for a girl from rural Ohio in the foothills of Appalachia that grew up in a town of about 4000 people.
