كان لابد لنا من تناولنا لموضوع القيادة التربوية أن نمر وإن كان بعجالة على القيادة من حيث المفهوم وتطورها تاريخياً من حيث هي مهمة دائمة في كافة جوانب المجتمعات. إن إنجاز المجتمع عبر مؤسسته التعليمية لإيجاد مفاهيم القيادة التربوية ودورها ومهامها القيادية لهي المهمة الأصعب التي يجب اجتيازها قبل الحديث عن التطور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي المتأتي من مخرجات تعليم تتسم بالقدرة والآلية اللازمة لذلك عمدنا في فصول هذا الكتاب أن نتدرج فيه من بداية مفهوم القيادة والمراحل التاريخية التي مرت فيها مؤكدين على أن التجربة في الدولة الإسلامية كانت نموذجاً متكاملاً استطاع أن يعطي لهذه الدولة القدرة على الاستمرارية والتطور بل الإبداع. والله نسأل أن نكون قد وفقنا إلى ما فيه تقديم المنفعة والفائدة وليسمح لنا الزملاء إن كنا قد قصرنا في بعض الجوانب التي نأمل أن يوجهونا إليها لتلافيها في الطبعات القادمة..
