Who knew volunteering could be so deadly? When Holly discovers a dead body in the back of the non-profit used bookstore where she volunteers, it begins a chain reaction of murder and intrigue that will soon involve more than just one single bibliophile. The small Sierra Nevada foothills town of Autumn provides a backdrop where people work together to help each other… At least most of them do. With the help of some of her fellow volunteers, and more than a few ciders at the local pub, Holly scrambles to solve the mystery before another volunteer gets the axe.
