Vicki McLeod is the author of #Untrending: A Field Guide to Social Media That Matters, How to Post, Tweet, and Like Your Way to a More Meaningful Life (First Choice 2016) Her second book Digital Legacy Plan: A guide to the personal and practical elements of your digital life before you die, co-authored with Angela Crocker, will be released in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia by Self-Council Press in March 2019. Vicki writes a biweekly newspaper column that is a commentary on the intersection of analog and digital, exploring what it means to be human in a technical world. Vicki is an active blogger and an advocate for everyday happiness, mindfulness, and living a passionate and engaged life. In 2018 Vicki was accepted into The Writing Studio at Simon Fraser University where she workshopped her memoir, Ruby Tuesday. Ruby Tuesday chronicles Vicki’s coming of age in the 1960’s, a dark passage marked by a devastating betrayal and loss of innocence.
