Violet I'm an epileptic with PTSD caused by missing my best friend like a limb, stuck in a relationship with a man I was never in love with. I don't know how to love, but that's fine because love doesn't seem to bring a lot of good things from where I'm standing. However, this man crying on my doorstep makes my heart skip a beat and I'm not sure if I'm having a coronary or it's something else. Better find out since I don't have anything left to lose, right? Hail The love of my life left me all alone almost twenty years ago, but I will never stop mourning her. She was my everything and I still don't know how to live without her, so I'm trying to fill the void she left in my soul with one-night stands and alcohol. I usually succeed, but this night, my brain decided to fail me and remember all the details of that day, resulting in me crying my heart out on the streets of New York. I'm not very aware of my surroundings until I hear this sweet, feminine voice telling me I shouldn't cry on a Friday evening and I start having this gut feeling that things are about to change drastically. And I'm not sure I like what that voice does to me. It makes me feel and I'm not a huge fan of feeling.
