The Garou fight their war against the Wyrm throughout the world. Werewolves fight a deadly three-sided war in the Amazon, facing both the Wyrm’s forces and native shapeshifters who do not appreciate the Garou’s incursion. In Cairo, the Arab Spring provides cover for the werewolves’ enemies, but also opportunity and hope. In Iberia and America, the plight of wolves mirrors the Wyld’s declining influence. At home, the Garou must be ever-vigilant for threats against their septs, both from within and without.

The cities of the World of Darkness are a dangerous place to be. Rampant crime and widespread corruption are only the tip of the iceberg - cities are also the homes of vampires and are breeding grounds for spirits of the Wyrm and Weaver. But there's also life in cities, and where there's life there's hope. The modern-day city is an urban battleground - and the Garou are about to take the field. Book of the City takes a long look at the perils of city life in the World of Darkness. From the dangers of the urban spiritscape to unexpected totem allies, from the supernatural threat of vampires and Pentex to mundane problems such as law enforcement and Animal Control, this sourcebook is every Werewolf player's guide to taking the fight downtown.

Hammer and Klaive

A Player Sourcebook for Werewolf: The Apocalypse

2003

A silver knife twists in mid-blow, striking unerringly at a foe's heart as if it were alive. A dagger made from a great beast's fang bites deeper into a wound. A whirling bullroarer calls up a thunderstorm, and a simple reed flute lulls a monster into sleep. With the help of the spirits, the impossible becomes easy. With the right fetish in hand, a werewolf becomes unstoppable. Hammer and Klaive is the ultimate guide to fetishes - the magical weapons and tools of The Apocalypse, each one empowered by a spirit and granted the supernatural power to do the impossible. With this book, players can find new fetishes that their characters can aspire to attain or even create, and Storytellers can arm both allies and enemies with new, deadly toy. The next Excalibur is just waiting to be wrested from the stone - or plunged into an enemy's heart.

*OP Players Guide to Changing Breeds

2003

The Changing Breeds, also known as ferals (or more rarely therians), are shapechangers who possess in them both Animal and Man, united into a single creature. Technically, the Uratha are part of the Changing Breeds but many of the rules that apply to Father Wolf's brood have no bearing on the feral races. As with werewolves, the feral condition is not contagious and ferals are able to adopt different forms, but ferals are limited to three. They are hurt by silver but do not share the other aspects of the Urathas' pact with Luna, especially their tie to the moon's phases. Changing Folk do not experience changes with the moon but instead with the fluctuating harmony between their animal and human selves

Hi, I'm Jess, and I read stories. I grew up LOVING fairy tales, folklore, mythology - especially creation stories. I still do, but my tastes have grown over the years, and now I read just about anything I can get my hands on. As well, I used to write stories (professionally). I've helped create dozens of roleplaying games and products, ranging from the World of Darkness to the RPGs for the Supernatural TV show, and the Dresden Files book series. I also write fiction, both novel-length and short stories. My first solo anthology, Monsters I Have Known, is available on Amazon and other retailers through Mad Muse Studio.
