Wheston Chancellor Grove holds an MFA in Creative Writing. He is a poet, photographer, painter, and the author of several books. Who Has Known Heights (2017), one of the greatest love affairs no one knows about; The Lost Art of Love (2023); I, Too, Shall Die (memoir); The Gift of Blindness; and The Glade of Remembrance. He believes elephants can fly and talks to pigeons. Writing is his purpose for living. He takes his lawn chair with its webbed back and NASA-like metal frame to many places around town to sit and watch the world go by. He loves train stations, post offices, and cemeteries. He’s traveled down the centuries. When not playing chess or going for midnight walks, he’s most likely reading a book and studying the sky. He prefers handwritten letters.
