Born in Dallas, Texas, spent teen years in Garland, Texas where he attended high school. Alumnus of the University of North Texas. Served aboard the Destroyer Robert H. McCard DD822 during the Vietnam War and Cuban Missile Crisis. William lives in Garland with wife of 47 years.
