William L. McGee is an award-winning World War II historian with a focus on the Pacific Theater in which he served. Bill was born in 1925 and grew up cowboying in Malta, Montana. In 1950, he made a successful transition into the broadcasting industry and enjoyed a 32-year career in broadcast marketing and cooperative advertising. In 1981, Bill and his co-author/wife Sandra V.
