Elisabetta Gnone is an Italian writer. In April 2001, she co-created the Italian comic/magazine W.I.T.C.H. with Alessandro Barbucci and Barbara Canepa. The publication was later made into the television series of the same name. Gnone also wrote the children's trilogy Fairy Oak: Il segreto delle gemelle (The Secret of the Twins), L'incanto del buio (The Spell of Darkness), and Il potere della luce (The Power of Light). She expanded the Fairy Oak Universe with four more books, "The four mysteries": "Captain Grisam's love", "Shirley's wizarding days", "Flox smiles in autumn", and "Good-bye Fairy Oak". information taken from wikipedia.com

Teresa Radice is an Italian comics writer, born in Milan in 1975. In 2002 Radice started working for the Italian Disney magazine Topolino. For almost twenty years she scripted comics featuring such characters as Mickey, Donald, Scrooge, Goofy. Since 2004 Radice has been involved in an artistic partnership with her husband, illustrator Stefano Turconi, also a prolific Italian Disney cartoonist. Since 2013 Radice and Turconi have published a number of graphic novels, which have received praises in Italy and France. Among their works available in English there are Violette Around the World (Viola Giramondo, Tunué 2013), the Forbidden Harbour (il Porto Proibito, BAO Publishing 2015), Tosca (Dargaud 2017).
Alessandro Ferrari, nato nel 1978, è sceneggiatore di fumetti, sceneggiatore di cartoni animati e autore. La sua carriera di sceneggiatore è iniziata nel 2005 durante un corso presso l’Accademia Disney di Milano. Ha iniziato a scrivere fin da piccolissimo, storie e fumetti, al termine del Liceo ha poi deciso che quello sarebbe stato il suo mestiere. Alessandro Q. Ferrari è stato ospite al festival Mare di Libri nelle edizioni del 2010 e 2018.

Francesco Artibani (born 27 October 1968) is an Italian comics writer, most notably known for his work on Disney comics. Artibani originally studied animation. He debuted in comics in 1992, scripting an Uncle Scrooge story for the Italian weekly Disney comics magazine 'Topolino'. Besides writing stories for Topolino, since the 90's Artibani contributed to various innovative comic projects from Disney Italia, such as PKNA, MMMM and W.I.T.C.H. He is also the co-creator of the Monster Allergy comics series.
