Khalil Karam has fallen so far in love that he's thinking about the future. Like, him, thinking about the future. Having once hated Roma Kulkarni with a deep passion, Khalil still can't believe the admiration, trust, and general awe he's garnered for Roma. In fact, she might even be the woman he wants to spend the rest of his days with. He's prepared to follow the Practical Arab Order of Life to be with her. Unfortunately, fate once more has it out for Khalil and Roma, and the Practical Arab Order of Life is . . . well, not meant for them. When Roma finds herself pregnant with Khalil's baby, loyalties are questioned, and Khalil wonders if he can fill the role of a father for this child. Matters aren't helped by third parties: the baby's grandparents are sworn enemies. Roma's parents will go to any lengths to axe their daughter's relationship with Khalil. Khalil is quickly caught in a crossfire that upsets his perfect balance. Slammed with expectations and decisions, he must choose which battles he wants to fight, learning the hard way that there is no such thing as being young and dumb. Following the events of Trauma Queen, this spin-off will change the lives of Roma and Khalil forever.
