First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then comes all that other ish… For nine-month pregnant Ariane Cambridge, her life and marriage is far from sweet. In fact, her marriage is more bitter these days, especially with the onslaught of lies and deceit by her husband Vin’Trell. When Ariane wakes up alone in her bed one morning after Vin’Trell’s inability to come home the night before, a whirlwind of trouble sets into place, casting a downward shift into their lives. One moment, she is on cloud nine with her loving husband, getting ready for the arrival of their child, and the next, Ari is beyond fed up with his actions. Disheartened, broken, and tired, Ariane’s love for Vin’Trell is stronger than the hate that’s steadily building inside of her… or is it? Taking matters into her own hands, Ariane quickly finds herself on the wrong side of a dangerous entanglement, creating a thin line between right and wrong. With her own secrets lingering in the darkness, will Ariane be able to salvage control of her spiraling world around her? Will Vin’Trell be able to regain his wife’s trust before it’s too late? What would you do if you knew the one person you loved the most didn’t love you the same? Love is tested, secrets are revealed, and loyalty is challenged. Authors ZARKIA and Shania B. have joined forces and they bring you this steamy, intense first installment of A Hood Love Like This.
