A compelling and personal story, with a definite voice, you are introduced to Brendan. He is facing the void that is his life. School was for nothing. The economy sucks. Careers are a joke and jobs are cutting back hours. Everything is pointless. What makes it all the worse is that for his roommate Victor, everything is basking in sunlight. A light does come along for Brendan. In the darkness, Alby finds him. Together, with a little fire, they set him a new path and eventually one together. They move, help and create instep until the light goes out.
